📝 Moderator Application
We will try to get back to you within a week. In this role, we may request to schedule a brief interview and/or onboarding call.
👷 Role and Responsibilities
- Volunteer role: 1.5 - 3+ hours per week
- ~30 minutes to 1 hour on at least three days a week consistently (working days preferred)
Essential:
- Monitor discussions and posts for adherence to our Community Guidelines , Channels Guide, and Slack Code of Conduct .
- If posts or responses don’t comply, you must notify the moderation team and take further action including removal of post(s), informing the individuals, and suggesting corresponding amendments, per our internal procedures.
- Communicate feedback, concerns, and ideas to our team of moderators.
- Report any further violations as outlined in our Moderation & Banning Policy.
Optional, depending on time and preference:
- Encourage community participation and engagement.
- React to or comment on posts with valuable insights.
